If you like, you can relax at our school while waiting for the wind to pick up, or we can send you a WhatsApp message as soon as it’s time to head out. ● Equipment preparation: To launch your kite from the boat your lines need to be connected before we leave. Please bring your kite ready to go, or arrive a bit earlier at the school to set it up there. If you need any help, we’re happy to assist you. ● Heading out onto the water: We head to the area where the wind is best at the time. There, we launch and land your kite for you — you simply go kiting! Always stay within our range or meet us again at the agreed meeting point.

With the basic shuttle service, we take you out onto Lake Garda and set up your kite for you. You go kiting, and we pick you up again after your session. With the Safety Shuttle, we keep an eye on you while you’re on the water, and you’ll receive a small radio so you can contact us if you need support. If you’d like to learn new tricks, you can add coaching to your shuttle and receive direct feedback via radio to help take your skills to the next level..
WHY SHUTTLE SERVICE
On Lake Garda, kitesurfing directly from the shore or beach is prohibited in most areas. The shorelines are narrow, often affected by wind shadow, and busy with swimmers, boats, and other water users — making beach launches both unsafe and not permitted. Safety and legal reasons: - Narrow shorelines and swimming zones make beach launches dangerous. - Regulations in many areas require minimum distances from shore (e.g. ≥ 200 m in the Trentino zone). Conclusion: For safe and convenient kitesurfing, riders use our shuttle service and launch from the water — right where the wind is best.

Important Info — Shuttle Service & Coaching
Our kite shuttle in Malcesine on Lake Garda and all coaching sessions are designed for experienced riders who can kite safely and independently.
If you’re not fully confident staying upwind in all rideable conditions, we recommend joining one of our beginner or intermediate kite courses first.
Requirements to Join:
To use the shuttle, book coaching, or rent gear, you should be able to:

Perform a safe and controlled self-rescue

Ride fully independently (no instruction is provided unless you book coaching — assistance is only available with a Safety Shuttle or Coaching)

Prepare and handle your own gear responsibly, whether it’s your own equipment or rental gear
How the Shuttle Service Works:
As soon as conditions are suitable for kiting in Malcesine, we’ll take you by boat to the best spot of the day.
Once you decide to go out on the water, the shuttle service is considered used, even if your session ends shortly after.
