Withdrawal Policy
 

No Right of Withdrawal for Scheduled Kite Courses
(Time-Specific Leisure Services)
 

Under Art. 59, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005), 
there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts related to leisure 
activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Please note:
Although no statutory right of withdrawal applies to scheduled kite courses, our cancellation policy allows cancellations up to 14 days before the course start date.

Right of Withdrawal for Vouchers and Non-Scheduled Services

When purchasing vouchers or other services without a fixed date, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (for example, by letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
